Is Our Wild Heart The Only Way to Follow?

I thought I had a wild heart. But I think it's more than that. I have invested in myself and sought self-healing for many years, gone through hundreds of hours of therapy, time with a sexologist, self-development work, spiritual rituals/ceremonies, alternative therapies, yoga, meditation techniques, practiced witchcraft, healing, educated myself in health and been on a general searching journey.

What has been most important to me, regardless of where in the world I was or what happened around me, what wrapped it all up and helped me take it all in was the relationship to my Yoni, my abdomen, my female, most sensitive and indeed most representative part.

THE INTEGRITY OF THE YONI

A relaxed contact and an allowance of my whole personality, in the form of sexuality, personal expression, pleasures, honesty and respect for my body and its longings. My heart longs and knows a lot, but my belly knows what my body really needs - it has an integrity that the heart often lacks.


When I found it my life became so easy and clear. My lower body whispers about and knows which people I feel good about, which environments I like and can relax in, what foods are good for me and what I deeply desire. I try to remind myself daily to talk to my body, with my Yoni, create moments to listen, do simple exercises to feel, because she knows - she is me embodied in this body.

The abdomen is the basis of who we are and the source of the body's energy and creativity. By devoting time and energy to healing and creating a good relationship to my abdomen, so I self-realize myself and create wholeness. 

I can not stop stressing the importance of investing in contact with your vagina - because I know how incredibly significant it can be! Because when I listen to her, I know where my boundaries are.

WHAT IS YOUR BODY SAYING? WHAT IS IT LONGING FOR?

My heart yearns for exploration and development, love, joy, peace and harmony. My body longs for exciting but at the same time safe encounters, tasteful pleasant experiences, nutritious food and to see and experience interesting details. Silence, rest, warm water against the skin, synchronicity in my everyday life, to feel presence - which for me is required for closeness, closeness with the self do, with who I am and with those I meet. All these things in unison, that is pourable pleasure for me.
